I was at the local store the other day, and one lucky gentleman was there picking up his Barrett MRAD. That is one cool gun!

That is a VERY slick gun. I was watching Gun Stories the other night, and they were covering the M82A1, and during the segment they talked a little bit about the MRAD. So I started doing a little looking at Barrett's wares, and that MRAD is seriously badass. I find some of Ronnie's innovations quite interesting.

I'd love to have one of those in the safe, but I would have to live in the safe with it :kickcan:

If I had a place to shoot a 1K yards I would have one, or something very similiar. It would take some shuffeling of funds but I would have one.

...but I don't. :kickcan:

That is slick.

I don't have the skill to appreciate it though. Anything much further than 500 yards and it really doesn't matter what I am shooting.

.338 is some really pricey ammo. Last time I looked it makes .50 BMG look cheap.

Problem is it's in a different state, so no handguns across state lines & it's not a black rifle kind of shop, but next time we are down there will stop in again just to see what they have
