I do.

The XPS is fantastic of course. That said, if I were going to do it again I'd buy a cheaper magnifier. Don't get me wrong, the EOTech magnifier is great quality, but I don't think it's worth the $550-$600 I paid for it. Now the NEW magnifier they debuted at the SHOT show may be another story, but I haven't seen one in person so it's hard to say.

My wife loves the EOTech so that's hers now. My next red-dot is likely to be the Trijicon SRS.

IMHO if you want a magnified optic you are better off with a scope. I have a 517 w/ 7x magnifier.

I run a 512 with a magnifier. Very flexible.

I disagree with my comrades above, if I was going to run the magnifier half or most of the time while using a E-otech optic, I would run the E-otech magnifier as well.

I have a Burris AR-332 now but I'd like to have something without magnification also. I know I could mount a FastFire on my 332 but I think I'd like the EOTech combo better. Could please explain why EOTech is so expensive? $400-500+ for a sight with no magnification? What's so great about them?

Could you be a little more precise? What gives them such high quality? What makes them so durable?

They can take a lot more abuse than their Chinese counterparts.

They hold zero better, etc ...

The field of view is the largest one yet on the market for a red-dot opitc, plus it is a hybrid using both battery and solar power, and it is built by Trijicon.

I want one to. :oh yea:

Is the HHS2 just the magnifier for $1,000? Or is that the combo?

I was about to say... There goes my dream... I kinda wish I wouldn't have even bought the Burris and iTac light and just put that towards the HHS2. Oh well, lesson learned.

I've definitely been thinking about it... What do you think I could get for them? Both purchased on 2/17/12 and used only once. So both are practically brand new. Burris AR-332 and iTac Defense Light. Sorry I ask do many questions!

The issue I'm having right now, and I made a thread about it, is whether or not its worth $650 for a 3x matching brand magnifier for a sight I already own, or spend the extra 300 some bucks for an ACOG 4x. If the magnifier was half the cost it would be a no brainier, I just don't see how they justify the price considering the options available

I am in the same boat. I have the EXPS2 and can't decide if I want to get a M223 scope with QD or bust chunk and go with the Acog or Browe. These options we have now days are crazy. I really like the M223 but our range is only 200 meters max, so I really don't need a scope that reaches 600+.
