Can powdered milk go bad?

Not that it goes bad. After it is open for a while you will start to see bugs in it. The same as oatmeal and other dried foods.
All the years i lived out in the BUSH i'd keep an unopened box of powdered milk for last resort. I found the milk in the box,(like fruit drinks) that can be stored at room temp are the best for shelf life and taste.

Plus you can get it in Choc & Strawberry :) :) :) :)

Mold will start to grow on the top and it get REAL UGLY. Believe me i know and it only takes about a week sitting hehind a wood stove. My daughter put some out for her cat and forgot it.

I don't know, but why the concern? The great thing about powdered milk is that you can just make what you need.

Sarge, if you mean "Can it go bad after it's been mixed with water?", then yes it can. It has to be refrigerated just like regular milk.
