Since I finished my precision build a couple months ago I finally got to get it sited in and did some shooting at the Armory shoot last weekend. I am really impressed with my Block Hole Barrel. I never thought I would be able to shoot like this. It is addicting for sure. I don't think I would have the results I did if it wasn't for the barrel and the Geissele trigger I installed in it. Some of these were bought match ammo but the best group was the rounds Ray brought and loaded himself. All are 5 shot groups.

Well 150 yards is not exactally LONG range but we were having no problem hitting 6x6 steel at that distance.  It was much more precision shooting.  Sole was putting up some good groups and being very patient behind the trigger despite everything else that was going on at the time.

I have to do precision shooting at my house, no long ranges to shoot at.

We still had fun with it chasing golf balls at first and when they got boring it was golf tees and pool cue chaulk.  little puffs of blue or red smoke at 100 yards are cool.
