Veper 12 Fixed Stock to Folder Question

First off i know less than jack shat about AKs in general.

Is it possible to put a folding stock on a fixed stock Veper 12?

I'm not too familiar with the VEPR, but if it's anything like the stamped receiver AK, then, replacing the fixed stock with the factory folding stock would require a new rear trunnion and cuts be made in the receiver. That is, of course, assuming that yours is in fact the fixed stock and not the folding stock with a spot weld (to keep it from folding). If it is welded, just cut the weld until it's thin and smack the stock to hinge it. If it isn't welded, then the easiest method to achieve a folding stock would be to drill your current stock pins, remove it and replace it with an adapter which allows ACE stocks to be installed, install an ACE folding mechanism and an ACE style stock of your choosing.

Its the vepr 12 v2 from AIM im looking at. It says it has a solid stock, not the welded folding stock.
