Honorably Discharged veterans can start using the Exchange to shop on Veterans day in 2017

A little misleading, they can not shop at the Exchanges, they can shop the online exchange.

some people are just natural born nit pickers, carpers, castigators, disparagers, knockers and nigglers.

And some people can't get simple information correct but rather than step up they want to try to redirect attention to others.

Generally to have PX preivledges you needed to retire either medically or by time. This was also extended to the web site services. Folks that just did a 4 year hitch lost PX shopping after they ETSed.

Interesting. Had no idea. How long has this been a thing? I'm sure it wasn't like that before the huge budget cuts. Or maybe it was. I wouldn't know.

It's always been that way. The PX was reserved for military current or retired and thier defendants.

Once they establish a way to verify Veterans in the system everything should be up an running. The target is Veterans day. Taken about three years to get it this far.

You carried privilege for one year post ETS, also vet card could not be renewed, now mine is expired but the guys at Campbell despite using the scanner look away when it tells them mines up.
