I acquired and Anderson AM 10 hunter rifle. My plan was to make it into a .338 Federal. I have had the Black Hole barrel for a while. This rifle has never been fired. I traded of the .AR 10 barrel as part of a trade here. It has a Anderson EXT forearm. This is a slim forearm so it requires a slimmer barrel nut. This requires you to buy a barrel nut wrench from them. I was going along good on the swapout. took the forearm off then I removed the Gas Block and gas tube. Got my wrench and it wouldn't fit over the barrel turned it over and it had 15 on the back and would not fit the AR 10 barrel at the last part of it where it goes in the upper. Had to order another one. I am waiting on the wrench which shipped today. The advantage of the slimmer nut is it doesn't cover the hole the gas tube slides through so I can torque it down without having to index the gas tube hole to the hole in the barrel nut.
