Can you get enough room to slide a coat hanger into the carrier from the back and feel around and try to get it through the cam pin hole to turn the pin?  Some gentle shaking and that wire may just rattle it free. Look into the back of the carrier if you can and try to see the cam pin and hole orientation...shake a bit and get it lined up......you may have to remove the buffer tube to get access.

Pretty much....you need to orient it the way it would be with the firing pin in place. Hopefully you did not use a bunch of force when it locked up ...did it lock up when you pulled the charge handle?  if so a gentle tap forward on the carrier may free it so the carrier will go into battery....once it goes back in you can open the halves and drop the pin in and then pull charge handle to pull it all out.

If you push out both the takedown pin and the pivot pin out you will be able to separate the upper and lower. When you get there moving the carrier back should be easy as well as accessing the rear of the carrier to get the cam pin turned.

i  just could not remove the upper from my lower was all when i pushed out my takedown pin, i racked the slide a few times to move lube around then started to mess with it  with it when i saw the parts on my table

the Cam has probably slid out. Have you tried tapping it on a carpet floor on the muzzle if you could get the bolt to go forward and drop you can open it up. If that doesn't work take the stock off then unscrew the castle nut so the buffer tube comes out.

I see you have fixed it..lol

Glad you got it. Jiggling is the big option until that cam pin turns correctly. The guys that tell others to check loaded ammo by taking out the FP sure screw their brothers over on this issue. If a fellow is ultra concerned you just grind the tip off a FP and use that for your testing.

I did assemble one without the FP one day on purposed juust to see how hard it was to take out. Three times it was tested. Once was easy and the other two maybe three minutes of jiggling back and forth.

The knowledge base here, combined with good ol common sense based American ingenuity,

and the willingness to help a fellow shooter, never ceases to amaze me.

I sure do hope the OP appreciates what he has found and sticks around.

I do know there are at least three Olympic quality enablers on here. I know I read their posts all the time. They are diseased. Thank goodness I only got a very light version of  BRD.
