As a rider, what I noticed was the distinct lack of proper protective gear.

No jacket, no gloves, and who knows what else he should have had for a run like that and didn't.

Same, I saw a video from Brazil that started as a bike chasing a car and the Leo got off his bike and fired through the rear window of the car killing the driver.

This was also in bumper to bumper traffic on a highway and somehow he didn't hit anyone else from what I remember.

Radios? We don't need no stinking radios!

If you listen to the audio in some spots he had other cars or bikes behind him. Early in the video he even passed another bike cop coming the other way.

I guess all that I can add is the risk vs reward equation. At some point that needs to be considered. Excellent riding skills from all both parties. Poor judgement skills by both parties. At least in the end he did at least catch him though!

They were both good riders. Looked like the leo had a couple of opportunities to end the chase but was evidently into the challenge hot and heavy.

I would like to know what they were riding?

I'm betting the LEO was on a Super Motard. Looks like a KTM instrument cluster.

As for the chase itself.....keeping the pressure on often causes the runner to crash out without ever having to physically make contact.

I hate to be a spoil sport but that kind of fun can end rather quickly!

True but it was a nice break to sit back and enjoy the video. They'll probably both end up getting sponsored.

You may hate to be a spoil sport, but you obviously love to troll. Either you have no sense of humor or, as I suspect, you are unable to recognize light hearted sarcasm and enjoy acting like you are intellectually superior to every one else here.

I'll bet youre a big hit at parties. Cant you just CTFO for once?

Its really getting old.
