How long does mail take to get to AK from the east coast?

Just curious. I've never sent anything there before. I know 1st class mail usually says 2-3 days, but didn't know if that was impacted by the sheer distance involved.

I got it this past Saturday, I am updating the list today. Sorry, it may suffer a couple delay's...the weather, my job, my family, but rest assured it will get done!

:lol: That's a great scientific study. Of course 1 test is not enough and the results would have to be reproducible, so best to send that large sum of money to several people.

Four to five days to Fairbanks from Chicago. Rural Alaska
maybe another day or two, It's price we pay to live in
paradise.

I was kind of suprised it got there that quick. I guess the Alaskan branch of the USPS doesn't use sled dogs exclusively any more. :laugh:

When I sent James my group buy money it took 2 days from NJ priority mail.

When I sent James my BRO group buy money, it took almost 2 weeks to get there from FL. priority mail.

I have had stuff mailed to me at work in the interior of Alaska from Anchorage and it has taken over a week, and we are on the road network.
