Id also like to add that there is absolutely NO point to the MUR. Its supposed to be the Modular Upper Receiver, so you can get one without a forward assist, and have one put on. Well the one I got had no F/A and I was told they would add it for me for $50. Well I got it about a month later, e-mailed them about sending it in, and they no longer do the change, and they do not sell the parts. So sure its MODULAR, but you can get your hands on parts unless someone with an MUR had their gun explode and the F/A part somehow survived.

Cant argue with that. I still have my one w/o the forward assist sitting in my gun cabinet waiting to get a barrel once I decide what to do with it. Maybe a 6.8 upper for deer.

Yup, the MUR comes with M4 ramps.

I like the MUR, and I use them for our ATAC Piston upper builds.

Looks good on my BRO lower.

Is the pivot pin on your BRO really tight on the VLTOR upper, or is it just mine?

Its kinda messed up. The part that comes off with the brass deflector has a defective finish or something, and you can scratch it off with your finger, and when I was putting the bbl on before I got the vice block, I had it in a vice between some blocks of wood, and kinda bent the part below the ejection port a bit. I ran a few hundred rounds through it before I noticed, so Im sure it doesnt effect functionality. But still.
