I ordered a laser, they emailed me and said they actually didn't have it in stock and said it would be a week. I said I would not have ordered had the website said they were out of stock. Got an email back saying the payment had been refunded, they were sorry it happened, and looked forward to our next transaction. Didn't expect that!!
