    Lower Recievers

They do. Page two contains the material I quoted. You said that you can't legally sell a completed 80% lower. I provided a counterexample.

    Lower Recievers

Tackleberry, you obviously know your stuff about ARs. Respectfully, I disagree with you on this last bit. I encourage anyone considering 80% receivers to do their own research. There are ATF determination letters that interested parties can obtain with a reasonable effort. They state: FFL transfers vary from state to state. Here in Colorado, a BGC must be performed through a licensed dealer. Other states may not require a bgc or a dealer transfer. ‘Blue Lives Matter Act of 2016’

I'm very appreciative of my Weld County republicans. Now if we could do something about Denver...
  6. I just bought this in February and used it to mount a scope in an ADM mount. I decided to upgrade to the whole scope mounting kit, so I'm selling. New is $49.99. I'm selling for $40 shipped USPS priority mail. Payment by PayPal or USPS Money Order. The whole kit is used, but in like-new condition. It has been stored with the spring tension released, to protect the calibration. I'll edit to add some pics tonight. Complete specs are here.

    Palmeto State Armory?

I think he is asking about cutting the front half off to make something like the LMT fixed rear sight.

HOW MANY YEARS AND WHAT FOR

    Started loading in 83 or 84. Shotguns - .410, 20, 16, 12, 12 3" Pistols - 45acp, .380, .32 mag, .38, .357, .44 mag, maybe others Rifle - 30/30, .38-40, .223, .32-40, and a few other old lever guns. I sold most of that stuff to buy a home in Colorado, so I just load 16ga and .223 now.

Need Help With Hand Guard Purchase

That looks like a clamp-on style gas block. That should be easy to remove. You'll need a roll pin punch to remove the gas tube roll pin. Install a new low profile gas block. Then, the evolution rail is easy to install. https://www.samson-mfg.com/manuals/Instructions%20for%20installation%20of%20Samson%20Evolution%20Series.pdf

BCG jamming - first round -

From your posts, it sounds like the manufacturer of your BCG is aware that it is out of spec. I would not accept the solution of clipping the spring. Get a refund or a new part that is in spec.

What's up with the bungee cords???

That is a monolithic handguard? I thought that meant the handguard and the upper receiver were a single piece.

What's up with the bungee cords???

    That's ok because it's a tier 1 handguard! LOL
