This issue was addressed in another forum, so I will post our previous response:
Regarding "QC issues as of late", there are no more issues now than there have been last year or the year before. Actually quite a bit less today than ever. We are not perfect. Far from it. If we were, my ulcer would be a lot smaller. We do however make it our primary mission to build a weapon system good enough to take to a gun fight.
Going forward I expect to see more negative Bravo threads. Not because of anyone’s agendas, but because as sales grow so do customer issues even if kept within the same proportional scale. Also, our marketing focus is web based. Even our print media campaign directs folks directly to the internet. So an incredibly high percentage of our customers use the internet and discussion forums, and now multiply that by the ever increasing volume of product being shipped, unsatisfied customers are much more prone to start a thread than satisfied customers, the fact that negative threads get 10 times the response as positive threads, and it’s just the natural course of events. We of course will work tirelessly to fight it by building a better and better product.
