  1. I sold AR's for four years at a large retailer in Fort Worth (CTD) and you would not go wrong with either rifle. I have always felt that the RRA has the best "out of the box" trigger among all the manufactures, short of the high end stuff like Les Baer, etc. Nothing wrong with two stage triggers, you just have to learn how to use them. I shoot a Bushmaster 20 inch in service rifle matches with a two stage Chip McCormic trigger. My home bult "dissipator" has a two stage trigger using left over fire group parts and it works fine. I use the dissipator in three gun matches. Pick one, go to the range and burn pwder, be safe and have fun.
  2. Hey AR shooters. I'm new to this site but have been in the shooting sports since 1968. Currently a trap, skeet and service rifle shooter. I shoot a Winchester M1 garand (1942 vintage) and two AR's. My main AR is a 20" Bushmaster and my carbine is a home built dissipator. I competed in a service rifle event just this Saturday, didn't shoot that well this time. I am a past club champion in our vintage rifle class. Looking forward to hearing what you have to say. Right now I'm off to a trap/skeet shooting league. Later.
