  1. He seems to remember me guess it pays to keep writing. March 14, 2013 Dear Mr. Weaver, Thank you for contacting me again regarding gun violence. I appreciate our continued dialogue. I understand from your previous correspondence your concern about this issue. While there have been a number of proposals that may warrant consideration of how to best reduce gun violence, I have determined that renewing the assault weapons ban is not an effective means of addressing this problem. Please know, as the Senate considers any further legislation, I will be sure to keep your thoughts in mind. Again, thank you for contacting me. I value your input. Please do not hesitate to contact me or my office regarding this or any other matter of concern to you. Sincerely, Mark Pryor United States Senate
  2. Were screwed big time. I seen the pic of the pastry and it didn't look like any kind of gun I've ever seen.
  3. I just don't see where this kid has done anything wrong. Whether he did or did't talk to the police and there is no official statement on that either just has his mother said he was affraid. I think the kid is a hero but to further there own agendas there going to persicute him and make up some lies.
  4. It's a free country oh never mind.
  5. I would like to know how much of the tax payers money the king and queen have spent on vacations since they've been in office.
  6. Hello all. Just modified a wood stock for my take down 10/22 and thought I would share with y’all. Tools I used. Lots of measuring devices. Dremel tool with the sanding disk. Router with 5/8 bit. Sand paper. Here’s what I started with. Got it off Gun Broker last month. I don’t care for synthetic stocks or the color so I seen someone else do this on a forum and decided I would give it a go. Picked up a cheap stock here it is after cutting in half Did a little wood removal with the dremel to get the receiver in. Sorry forgot to take a pic of it but it wasn’t that much. Also drilled the hole for the screw. Had to sand in a relief for the take down pin. Done this on both half’s of the stock. Used the dremel. The underside of the for arm requires a substantial amount of wood removed. I used my router set in the bench only took a few minuets. There other ways to do this like a drill and chisels. I also drilled some holes for the take down pin and mounting screw. Done. I need to sand and refinish the stock. I’m going to find an old walnut stock now and do it again and sell this one.
