    Longslide Break-in

Interesting stuff, I assume that you're happy with how it works? Thanks! Judge for yourself... http://vid1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd486/lucentlackey/10MMSlow_moHD.mp4

    Longslide Break-in

    It has arrived!
  5. I have a Glock G20 in at Lonewolf Distributors getting some custom work done, including a new 6.61" barrel, slide and comp. They tell me that it takes about 100 rounds to break them in, and the most common problem is failure to return to battery. They suggest a little extra lube on the front of the barrel and then let them fly. Has anyone had any experience with this? Suggestions? I plan to shoot Underwood ammo (nothing "short and weak") and have 165gr JHP @1400fps, 180gr XTP and TMJ both @1300fps, and 220 hard cast @1200fps. I'll probably video the break-in, it should be a sweet ride!

    FS: Glock 29SF 10mm package...

I wish I was in the market, I carry a G29 everyday! Great gun, stays in place in a sticky holster just tucked in my waist. That's a very fair price, you're gonna make someone very happy!

    Kel-tec Sub2000 .40-to-10mm possible?

Yes, yes it does. But I guess that's why we love it. I have the Sub2k in .40 and in 9mm, both taking Glock mags. I'm looking down the road of different combos for bug-out bags. The .40 works well with my G23. Paring it with my G20 would be ideal, but that may be a pipe dream. My G20 is currently at Lonewolf getting a make over, but that is another post... Thanks hzhardy and The_Shadow for the input!
  8. Hey All, I just joined tonight, so I'm sorry if this has been covered. I can't search the forums until I post 10 times. I have a Ket-tec Sub2000 .40 cal that takes Glock magazines. I'm wondering if anyone has explored the idea of converting this to 10mm. A competent machinist could expand the chamber to accept the 10mm case length, but I don't know about the pressures. If you’re not familiar with the sub-2000s, I will try to figure out how to post a picture tomorrow as I am off to work now. Please be kind, I'm just thinking out loud here. I'd love to hear some constructive thoughts. http://olegvolk.livejournal.com/626693.html
