  1. Sorting 3000 9mm range brass. So far 50% hornady More than I care to do.
  2. I like the BTE micro adjustable. I have two and no problems. I see the tactical ordnance is .00000000001 shorter though steve
  3. I have one from wheeler. Actually two because one doesn't seem to be centered. I called wheeler they sent another kit. steve
  4. Im doing them seperate. Crimp doesnt seem like its too much to me. Imay back it out some. Thanks steve
  5. Have you tried the local indoor ranges? I get 1000 9mm for $20. It is local but that is where they come from. That would cut the cost in half. steve
  6. I just started loading 9mm last year. Asked a bunch of questions got the answers I wanted and ordered a lee turret kit from somewhere for what I thought was a deal. I have used the lee dies to load about 1000 9mm, to shoot through my shield and tp9sa. no problems with function. I suck with a pistol so I don't think the lee dies are holding me back I didn't like the lock rings and replaced them with hornady. When I crimp I get some brass shavings for some reason. I think this is user error but I thought I would mention it. If I had to do it over again I would probably go Hornady. steve
  7. Yeah I have my chamber specs with my homemade headspace gauge so I may use them for that. Thanks Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  8. Thanks. Greg. It's only 5. So I would rather not test it. Steve Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  9. Deprimed and wet tumbled 250 9mm. Deprimed 100 7mm08. I have a question for you more experienced loaders. I purchased 100 7mm08 once fired. Mostly Hornady and fc. I have 4 Hornady brass that look funny to me. My thought is to resize and see what they look like. But does anybody know why they look like this. The brass is unknown to me as to what gun it was fired in. It's the 4 on the left I included a normal looking one for comparison Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  10. Glenn Did you order a small sample first or just dive in to 500 I'm shooting 95 ttsx. But the are expensive and little bit difficult to get to shoot well. Not that I don't mind the challenge. But 500 ttsx run $280 ish. And these seem to be liked on the 68 forum for deer and coyote. I have the federal and some ssa brass. 16in BHW 68 Steve
  11. Trying to figure out the flow of the turret press for 223 rifle. What is everybody doing. Does the ribs x die work. Or am I better to size trim chamfer and debur on the single stage in batches. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  12. Which primer? I have two and thinking about one more. I like my rcbs but it requires regular she'll holders. And changing them seems to be a pain for me. My cheap lee works well and uses different holders but I don't like the feel as much. It's not the ergo it's the other Steve
  13. Loaded up my first batch of pistol. 50. 9mm. 4.5 bullseye and the 115 rn pulls from American reloading. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  14. Man that looks great. I thought about drawers briefly and then remembered I can't do that great work. steve
  15. I'm at the bench but trying to straighten up. Put on a new top. Trying to get rid of some of the clutter as it serves two purposes Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
