  1. Howdy, all! Relative AR15 n00b here, but not to guns in general. If this topic/question should be moved to another area of the forum, please do so. I tried a search for this for this topic but it came up nada for me Do you all recommend an AR cleaning kit and/or what cleaning accessories are good for getting the job done? In my handguns, I'm a Ballistol guy with some Hoppes gun grease to boot. Looking for specifics to to help keep my Colt LE-6920 running smooth. I'm taking an AR technicians class to help me learn more about the platform, field strip it and clean it. The class is $99 or $149 w/ Breaktrough Clean AR Loc 223 cleaning kit. Didn't know if the was good or there was better/simpler items. Thanks in advance for the help... it is greatly appreciated! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Howdy, all! First time, short time here in the forum. I live in Dayto but am originally from Nebraska...Go Big Red!...with stops in MI, LA, IL, CO, PA, and IN in between. Just purchased my first AR today...the Colt LE6920. Pretty stinkin' stoked. I've been avid in the shooting sports for the past 10 years with various firearms but with a fondness for S&W. I look forward to reading, learning and absorbing the knowledge that is on these pages. Thanks for your time!
