  1. The only issue with that site is cad files aren't really verified or verifiable for dimensions. I've made a few items from there where dimensions were way off. I'm pretty fast with cad, Id like to hear some opinions on gas port spacing from the block face and other details. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk
  2. Sounds easy enough. Maybe Ill make my own screw with some detents. Thank goodness for having a cnc swiss machine ;)
  3. I have a gas block drawn up thats non adjustable. Ill post some photos here in a bit. Ill also start digging around for adjustable details and get one drawn up.
  4. Maybe I'll make a few extras to give away on here. I'd like to make an adjustable but I'm not sure what all is involved. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Much appreciated. But seriously, why not just make one? I wouldn't mind helping. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Why don't you make one? After I make my gas block a charging handle is next. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk
  7. I bought most of the tooling. Appropriate undersized indexable drill 3/4" carbide reamer Carbide drills for every other hole and a few size reamers for the gas tune hole Small endmills for spot drilling the roll pin hole on the 4th axis Before drilling. Emco 5 flute endmills and whatnot. Bought a few bars of 4140 to chop up and have a salt bath nitride company lined up to heat treat after I'm finished. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk
  8. I want to make a low profile gas block, maybe something adjustable. Are there any readily available prints laying around? I have a few prints and cad files but would like to hear what I should be concerned about and what issues to prevent... Of course lots of photos of the process if anyone is interested.
