  1. I just bought this BCG form Danny at Global Tactical. I was wondering if any of you guys have had any experience with this BCG? I have found tons of information on the full weight model but not the light version. I'm worried there might be some issues with reliability sense its a little lighter then the standard BCG. What do you guys think?

    Marketing research on AR

thanks a lot for the input. I will have to take those ideas into account. I have a pretty simple idea of how to convert the two. I would elaborate but I would hate for someone to beat me to the punch.

Let me ask you this. If you could do a simple gas tube to piston swap with no special gun smithing for under $200 would you do it?

I would like to know how you guys feel about gas piston designed ARs. What are some of the pros and cons, and how likely you are to purchase an aftermarket conversion if there was one?

    Updates on the Stag-15

I filled the roll mark in with white crayon. I wanted to make sure I liked the look before I used something more permanent. I think it looks pretty good but I plan on using Stag green when I do the final inlay. I also plan on duracoating the upper receiver and barrel in the same color. When finished it will resemble this pic below. the only difference will be the lower receiver will remain black and the selecter switch will be duracoated.

    Updates on the Stag-15

Ok guys I have done some slight mods to my AR. Nothing fancy but I can call it my own now. Here are a few pics. The first one is the stock Stag. Here are some post mod pics. What do you think? Also give some suggestions if you have any.

    Smith & Wesson M&P15T

My buddy just purchased a new one for $1100. Thats a pretty good deal right? Well here is the story behind it. A guy came into the Sportsman, a local gun shop here in Rock Hill, S.C.. He bought the gun and took it home. One hour later he comes walking back in and states he would like to return it. The Sportsman told him that they wouldn't give him what he paid for it because it was now considered a used gun. He stated that he hadn't shot it yet but his wife flipped out once she saw it and told him to march his a$% back up there and return it. Needless to say he didn't have an option on loosing a few hundred. He took the hit and my buddy came out on top. New gun for a used gun price. you can't ask for a better deal!
  8. Wow that does look pretty good. I used the crayon technique on my Stag just to see what it would look like. I think the white on Black looks sick.
