  1. Good Morning from the land of Horse and Buggies!
  2. I'm looking to get a suppressor and I'd like to get a trust setup for that (maybe SBR as well?). Anyone know of a good lawyers in PA (even better, York/Lancaster county area)?
  3. Hey all! Its been a while. For anyone in the Lancaster/York county area, what is a good gun club to join? I have been to Trops and an outdoor range near New Holland, but would like something closer.
  4. These types of policies sound insane from the outside, but they are actually pretty shatty in practice. I tend to take *less* time off with "unlimited" PTO than I did when I had 3 weeks off a year. The reality is that folks tend to work more with a policy like this *and* the company doesn't have to spend money paying folks out when they leave. Its a win-win for the company in almost every way. The folks who take a ton of time off don't stay with the company very long for "performance" reasons. Its really quite cutthroat despite what it looks like. Now micro-kitchens and three free meals a day is another story entirely :D There is a huge amount of entitlement around those types of benefits.
  5. The Ammo part is the biggest punch to the gut, imo. Getting ammo is now going to be expensive, difficult and limited. FML.
  6. Not sure if it is allowed to link to other gun sites, but calguns has a good rundown: http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/showthread.php?t=1214480
  7. Yea.... http://www.mercurynews.com/california/ci_30080186/california-gun-laws-jerry-brown-signs-some-new
  8. That knife is absolutely beautiful.
  9. I missed that Awesome. I'll look into this once I move into CA and have all my rights stripped from me.
  10. Does BHW do .308 Bolt action barrels? Which platforms do they make them for, if so? I'm moving to CA soon, so I figure a bolt action would satisfy my shooting needs and still be legal since it isn't an "assault" rifle.
  11. I hope to be in the state for only 4 years max...there are other offices for this specific company, so the idea is to move there, prove myself a valuable asset and then transfer to another office in a better state.
  12. That is a fantastic group. Black Hole Weaponry makes some quality barrels. I'm not sure you can get much better than this (at least at 100 yards), especially for the price (or may at any price?). Awesome barrels.
  13. I bought my BHW barrel from Surplus and it works great. I did this with it just today: Suffice it to say, it works just fine
  14. My latest group: This rifle shoots great. I couldn't be more pleased with the performance of the Black Hole Weaponry barrel. I fed it some Norma Match 77gr HPBT .223 ammo and it shot this .246 MOA group. Fantastic!
  15. Just got this group today with my 18" SPR (BHW Barrel, Norma Match 77gr HPBT .223 @ 100 yards). I am thrilled with the results! I finally got a good group on paper. I am happy to have gotten this group down before I move to CA and can no longer shoot my SPR (It is not coming with me). Here it is:
