I have four of the Cell-Phone pouches, the "fuzzy" (aka pile) portion wore out on two of them from use. I contacted TT Customer Service and then sent them in for repair. TT did it for free and sent them back to me.

 

(Just wish I could have combined my mag pouch order so momma didn't see so many boxes coming in, LOL.)

 

You guys/gals ROCK!
