Magazine Capacity

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know what the law is here in Wisconsin for hunting. I believe it is a max cap of 5 rounds but I am not sure. Figured I would ask here cause I can never remember to call the local DNR station when I am not at work.

ummm I'm not a hunter... but yeah... 3 or 5  3 for bird I think... or maybe just allowed to have 3 in your gun at any given time since most shotguns can hold 3?????

Shotgun is 3 for migratory birds only and everything else there is no max mag capicity. got that from the DNR website.

i get this question a lot, there is a shot capacity of 3 for mig. birds as stated, but there that's it. i remember taking my hand gun deer hunting last year and i asked if there was a shot capacity for deer but the warden said there was none, only barrel length, caliber, over 18 to use and no concealment.
