Crimping Consistently With the Lee Collet Tool

I've had a lot of questions about neck tension and standrd dies in the past few weeks regarding the colets etc. This is the evaluation of teh Consistent Crimp Tool that I did some work on several years ago at the request of a fellow Golden Gopher.
