F-1 build but pretty this time..

Recommended Posts

Finally got it to the range. Just 33 rounds but enough to know it will work. 3 types of ammo all 1" groups or smaller

Have you ever considered doing one in Red?

Very cool, I don't ever remember seeing one carved/lightened like that before.

The red is rather eye catching. The whole thing is 8.6 lbs, with a 24 inch barrel and 16 inch fore end, not too bad for an AR-10.

Nice, how does she feel when you touch off a round? Can't really see the stock in the pics, does it have a pad?

It has a smallish rubber pad, but the recoil is really not bad, my .308 that weighs twice, kicks more. I can keep the target in the scope during the entire shot. It will get better, I can still dial down the gas a bit, I set it in the middle of the range at home, and left the wrench on the kitchen table.

Who makes that receiver extension ? And what bipod is that ?

The tube is Primary Weapons Systems, the bi-pod is Accu-tac LR-10. I am sold on the Accu-tac, it is the only bi-pod I buy. Easy to adjust, sturdy, and looks great.

Very unique. Those cuts do save some weight when you add them up. Being a shooter it should give you lots of smiles there.
