Precision stocks

Recommended Posts

What adjustable stocks do you guy like, run or would loke to try? I am building a precision rifle and would like to see what is out there other than the magpul prs.

I have a LUTH-AR MBA-1 on one rifle already, and I really like it. It's very adjustable and rigid (as in no flex).

He wants a stock that will fit on an AR 15 buffer tube. That is a nice stock for the price.

I wish Ruger would sell their RPR stock.

 

Maybe you could find someone who has swapped theirs out?

Neither is going to work very well with an AR.

That's what the OP is putting together, and I assume why it's posted in the AR Armory instead of the Long Gun Armory. :dontknow:

well the RGR RPR is a bolt action? Did he not ask "I wish Ruger would sell their RPR stock." ?

The RPR stock will work on an AR.

 

Atleast i hope so, another member found one for me and i bought it.

I'm sorry. I obviously hadn't taken a close enough look at it. I guess that it probably will work. For some reason I was thinking that it was more of a chassis like the RP Rimfire.

 

I don't know if there is any advantage to it over the ones that Randy Luth is selling, but if you get it and can give us a review that would be great.

I have a PRS gen 1, and that sucker is Heavy.

 

I really dig the look of the RPR stock too, plus its light weight and easy to adjust.
