andy2205 Posted February 23, 2019 Share Posted February 23, 2019 Lately it seems that if I wake up early, I can't go back to sleep. It's been like this for about the past year, but has happened more often since the hurricane struck in October. I usually have an alarm set during the week for 5:30, but most days I don't make it there. Waking times have been all over the place, 3:00, 3:30, 4:00. I just can't get back to sleep and most often spend the extra time watching the news, cleaning up in the kitchen, or reading through the websites I normally visit. I don't feel bad during the day, but it doesn't help on the other end when I want to sleep early. Hardly ever sleep in on the weekends, it used to be the dogs would come and get me to let them out. Today's wake up time was 4:35, no reason, just popped up and can't sleep. Walked to the kitchen and put the water on to boil. Is this just another getting old thing?
