For the new year Keltec is introducing a 5.7x28 pistol that uses FN P90 magazines. So far I haven't found the official press release but it is legit. As with all Keltecs this on is unconventional, but this one is really unconventional. Really, really unconventional.

I would expect a press release in the next few days directly from Keltec.

r/H3VR - Anton, please, the new KELTEC 5.7x28mm fold-opener pistol

I keep looking at the picture and wondering how mag changes take place.  I've only ever held and toyed with a PS90 once several years ago.  Don't the mags require seating the end opposite of the feed to be seated first, then locking it down until the magazine locks into place?  If so, does that pistol hinge open to make mag changes possible?  That would be a hell a nuisance.

It is a flip top system, the back of the slide comes up to allow you to change mags. You won't be doing any speed reloads, but with a magazine capacity of 50 rounds the need should be minimal.
