Did I or did I not tell you ,Gov. run schools are producing IMBECILES , in most part due to the Dept. Education which Ex President Carter implemented .

Thus allowing demented democraps to dictate the teaching  curriculum aka  DUMBING DOWN America  . Answer one question  WHAT possible excuse was there for Ebonics ???. An I could go ON and ON :cussing:

America’s youth are not prepared for the real world when they graduate from high school. High school graduates face three major options after receiving their diploma: join the workforce, join the military, or go to college. While a fair amount of high school graduates used to choose to jump right into a job, a larger number of them will either turn to social media for what's trending ,the military or higher education. Research has shown that they are ill-prepared for any .

The journey that takes most students through school before receiving their high school diploma is already filled with complexities. Our struggling educational system places scores from standardized testing at a higher value than the actual curriculum taught in the classroom. This means that students are only learning how to take tests, but are lacking in other learning opportunities to develop their potential skills and knowledge. Take that, along with achievement gaps, chronic absenteeism, and demoralized teachers, and students are already working with a handicapped curriculum .

FYI : Approximately 33% of Military applicants FAIL to qualify basic fundamental requirements for service .

On the subject of higher education, a number of students simply do not finish college. While there are a multitude of factors to consider – socioeconomic status, individual and personal obstacles, even immigrant status – it must be recognized that some students are going into college unprepared and already falling behind their peers. Academic achievement will be a struggle if at all attained.

Educational achievement  is directly linked to economic success. In order for the United States to compete in the global economy, its citizens much contribute; and they cannot contribute if they are lacking in education. The weakness of the educational system stretches all the way up to higher education, with a leveling out of the ratio of adults with diplomas and certificates compared to those who do not.

Finally, educational achievement or confidence will lead to better citizens and civic engagement. Education plays a large role in helping citizens have a better understanding of their government. When citizens understand their government, they will be more inclined to contribute and participate, strengthening our country overall. Dumbed down education proves to hinder national security by producing citizens who are poorly informed, unprepared, and unmotivated to take part.

What does it all equal REAL TROUBLE  as in Socialism 2.0 :ack:

These are college students....

The human brain takes a long time to mature.  So long that it takes the human brain about 25 years to reach maturity.   There is a reason that you had to be 21 to vote, and the founders set the minimum age for Senators at 30, and the Presidency at 35.

Personally, I think they were wise doing so.   I don't think a person should be allowed to vote until 21.   I also think with universal suffrage we have to have some qualifier to vote.  Some way of testing a person's knowledge and intellegence.  We allow too many stupid and uninformed people to vote.  They treat elections like popularity contests in high school.  Many people treat it like they're voting in a high school popularity contest (e.g. homecoming queen, or prom king and queen).

So we get the kind of government we have.

When I took the Entrance Exams to join he Army back in 1975, about a full third flunked the tests.

Using the Same Tests I wonder how many people today would pass it?

It's all about money.   They're getting paid to vote for the liberals, have dozens of children, sit around on unemployment, etc.  That's all it ever boils down to is money.  Well, that and the fact that the public school system is entirely indoctrinating those receiving an 'education', and therefore are normalizing the taboo, pussifying kids, changing history to make 'whitey bad', etc., etc.

Change the schools

Change the voting system

Change the welfare system

Let it sort itself out.  They either work or starve.  No more handouts.  But, it's just a pipe dream.  This country is already on a path which seems unrecoverable.

Mandatory education has been turned onto its head in FL, by repetitive school closings. It has turned schools into prisons where the inmates do not want to be and teachers are not qualified to guard the inmates incarcerated therein.

The School Boards have tried to mitigate the stench of a 78% failure rate by giving a 16 (sixteen) day summer school that all that attended passed, amazing success rate, that 100%.

Take the Test ;  FYI  I became ineligible over   #36 years ago    I applied one time for an Air Marshall position and was refused based on age back then :ack: Didn't give a crap about anything else ,saw MY age and thanked ME for MY participation but informed ME , that the FBI had rules and Regulations

That was a long time ago when they still had some integrity within the agency :tap:
