Zephyr One/Zero
https://www.foxbusiness.com/energy/national-average-gas-prices-new-record-high-445-per-gallon "Within his first week in office, President Biden signed an executive order temporarily suspending new oil and gas leases on federal lands. The administration resumed the new leasing last month following court challenges against the ban. The administration is appealing a ruling in which Judge James Cain, a Trump appointee, struck down the ban." Cars line up for gas outside a Costco Wednesday, May 11, 2022, in Pewaukee, Wis. The Costco offered gas at less than $4 a gallon, some of the cheapest in the area.

MontanaLon
$4.75 here from $3.93 a week and a half ago. Step 1 of stomping out capitalism is to seize the means of production. Since you can't really do that without tipping your hand, making everything come to a grinding halt and thus bring production to a halt. Then because "government is here to save you" they will step in and take over production and distribution and if you don't demand it happen then no production for you.

TomJefferson
I told you all we'd wake up one day and those big city liberals would be giving us no choice but take a bus or train and we'd be going "What bus or train?"
HAZMAT
Good. I hope the price goes up to ten bucks per gallon. Democrats need to suffer for stealing a federal election and Republicans need to suffer for doing absolutely nothing about it. Perhaps if things in this country get bad enough, SOMEBODY will do SOMETHING before it's too late. Matt

Retcop
Maybe we need to start opening Testosterone Clinics for all the effeminized men out there who no longer have a clue about the proper relationship between Men and the government. With every month that passes we appear to have a nation of man-boys, regardless of age, who are willing to live out the rest of their lives on their knees to the Marxist Elites and their useful (violent) idiots, and the hundreds of thousands of reactionaries they will bring in through our Southern border. It would not be anywhere near as bad if the only Americans that had to suffer this tyranny is the adults alive today who are responsible for not making sure that our Constitution is followed. It is the thought of what future generations will go through until we are a carbon copy of Communist China, or worse that is the stuff of nightmares. This is not a video game wherein you can press restart when things go to crap. Freedom, real Freedom, is always something you have to fight for. Many wise men from the past have warned us, but we were too comfy to care. Even though they left us a system where we would not need to go to extremes IF only we had remained eternally vigilant. We have failed miserably so far, particularly post WWII. Historically, the government holding the power has never worked in maintaining Individual Liberty, yet that seems to be what we expected when we decided to trust our Liberties to autopilot. Will we wake up in time ? Will we make the sacrifices that may need to be made ? John

Matt Well we know you did nothing and let the PNW fall to the socialists & now you want everyone else to suffer like you are Not to mention how you want others to stand up & do what you are to afraid to do
