Of course it's a trap. Duh! How else are they going to know who has them?

Point of order good sir, a trap is something that catches you by surprise, this is no trap it’s designed to force gun owners to kneel before the atf & kiss the ring while begging them to not punish them for being stupid and following the law

I posted a response to that video. Since a solvent trap is not eligible for a form1 and should've been sold as a form4, making possession of it illegal, would the same reasoning make your braced pistol an illegal sbr? Looking at the murky differences between a braced pistol and an sbr, I can envision quite a few felony offenses when your braced pistol doesn't qualify.  To add insult to injury,  you've already provided the "good guys" with photographic evidence.

Yep.  And that's exactly who the trap is set for; stupid gun owners who comply.

We need more patriotic lawyers who are willing to spend the time and money to get good legal advice disbursed throughout their States.  Grass roots movements always rely on spontaneous networking.  In todays world, there is absolutely no reason to get the information out to the vast majority of (pro-social) gun owners.

And you've also admitted guilt to owning an unregistered sbr.

Not guilt for a unregistered SBR since they are creating a brand new category for a pistol brace, thus the picture that proves it’s a brace & if you put a stock on it you then have a SBR
