Recondo 101
The Governor asked his cabinet to put forward new laws that they want enacted by the FL Legislature in 2023. The Commissioner of Agriculture, newly elected, put forward a propsed new law to prohibit any credit card company transacting business in Florida from using any codes for Gun, Ammo or Accessories purchases in Florida. The Governor had previously issued an executive order that such codes not be used. The new law if enacted by the FL Legislature would make the use of the codes illegal by state law. In FL the Commissioner of Agriculture issues the Concealed Weapons Permits for the entire State. It is good to see a pro-active interest by an elected official in our 2nd Amendment rights.
