See JEM375 you find fault with every thing! Since you are such key board literate why do not you go out broaden your horizons? Oh that is right, you have been offered free tuition once or twice just you would come out and strut your stuff! But, alas you did not take that offer up!

Now, what kind of training do you belief is sufficient. What is does your CV have to brag about that you are all knowing and self taught? It would be fun to see you under the gun so to speak! I bet you might actually learn a thing or two! People who rain on other people's parades must have something to hide?

It is not my fault you did not buy stuff while it was cheap! So, it would behove you to refrain from comments about things for which you know nothing about, and more so have notihng positive to say!

Living life costs money! Quit keyboarding, and start shooting!

I asked Sully a simple question and he answered it very well...I didn't anticipate the old wolfpack clique coming out again....I also stated that it is my personal opinion and I think I am entitled to it...if it offends you, tough crap, rlds45, since I didn't post it for your benefit...and Sully did answer my question so why don't you quit keyboarding...and by the way, I did buy my ammo far cheaper than it is today and that is another reason I don't waste it... JEM375 you see you continue to belittle getting an educated! Man, how closed minded you are! You fail to grasp the obvious! Some people want to evolve beyond being a keyboard commando such as yourself!

It you wanted to directed to Sully, then why not IM him? Oh that would be way to easy! You like to be troll! We know that all to well! So, what it comes down to is that some people want to continually learn! That requires an open mind! Obviously you are set in your ways, and that is great. But, your little smart ass tag line "Signature:

Some of these so-called "gunfighters" had better stick to paper targets, they don't shoot back" That cheap shot tells us a lot about how negative you really are!

why don't you give us a rundown on all the times you have had to use the rifle training you received for self defense...one thing for sure, I won't have to worry about anything with all the training going on, there won't be any bad guys left to bother me...... ..by the way, one of your buddies calls himself a gunfighter... :) :)but, just for you, I will discontinue my signature.... There are many people that attend this particular course for different reasons. Some are there as shooting enthusiasts and want to just come out and learn to be a better shooter. Some come out to further their knowlege. Some people wish to add to their knowledge and have skills necessary in case SHTF. In this particular course some of who we have attending are two competition shooters, three enthusiasts, two Contractors who are headed to the Sandbox, three Military Personnel who are headed to the Sandbox, one Military Soldier who is home on leave from the Sandbox, two Executive Protection Specialists, two SWAT Cops, and one Patrol Cop. So you will see that there are people there for all reasons. All want the information, many of them should have the information, hopefully none of them ever need it except for the competitive shooters, whatever their reason for being at a training course is theirs and their alone and it is not anyone elses business to express opinions or criticize.

Sully, this thread should have been done and over in the first 4 posts. I asked you a question and you answered it very nicely. Then, of course a couple of your buddies had to come in and start the personal attacks to what I am accustomed to by now by the wolfpack clique out of ar15.com...they just couldn't leave well enough alone but had to come in and shoot their mouth off with personal attacks.. like I wrote I asked you a question and you answered it with one post and that is all that should have happened but it didn't ...so, you can blame the hi-jacking of this thread on somebody else this time, since it seems someones personal opinions can't be posted unless it is favorable to DE in its entirety. This is my last post on the subject since it has become a little nasty.. Edited by jem375

I have no idea who any of you are by screen names, so I cannot say that anyone here are my buddies!!! The people that have posted here have done so on their own free will and thought and did not ask or notify me of anything. I am not aware of any wolfpack clique as you say. To my understanding this webboard forums is meant for adult mannered like discussions and does not favor anyone or any company in particular.

Alright guys, let's keep this civil. This forum is ran a tad tighter than most others. Disagreement on a topic is fine but taking it to the insult level is a violation of board CoC. Any further in this thread will result in a thread lock and board disciplanary action. Thank you for your cooperation. Tj

I would like to add that it is worth bringing a little extra ammo. That way if an instructor asks if anyone wants to run a drill again, you are prepared. There is a lot of information covered so it's always worth doing a few times if you feel the need. As Sully pointed out, the brain remembers by doing. Also, if the class moves along well and everyone has ammo left, some extra stuff gets thrown in at the end :)
