scotto
Walter Crow Horse: License and registration? Ray Levoi: Kiss my ass. Walter Crow Horse: Hey, this is *my* jurisdiction now. And you were going 59 in a 55 zone. Ray Levoi: Let me see the radar. Walter Crow Horse: I don't need no radar, I can tell! I just listen to the wind; it said, "Fifty-nine, nail 'im!" Edited November 25, 2010 by scotto

scotto
Ted Thin Elk played Grandpa Samuel Reaches in the movie and was 72 when he got the roll. He spent most of his life on the Rosebud Sioux Indian Reservation in South Dakota and saw very few movies in his lifetime. Ted Thin Elk died Jan 27, 1997. And the actor that played Jimmy Looks Twice is John Trudell After a stint in the Navy and Vietnam from 1963 to 1969, he became involved with AIM, the American Indian Movement, becoming National Chairman in 1973. He held that position until 1979; it was then that his wife Tina, mother-in-law, and three children ages one, three, & five, were burned to death in a "fire of suspicious origin" on their Nevada reservation which was nonetheless never investigated. Beginning in the early 1980's, Trudell began to channel his anger and emotion through poetry, music, and acting. I have one of his CD’s “A.K.A. Grafitti Man”his music’s not bad.. He says MaGoo needs to go up on the mountain and get himself focused. (Graham Green Translating Lakota for Chief Ted Thin Elk
